MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating two overnight incidents that occurred approximately 10 blocks apart in south Minneapolis.

According to publicly available information, one incident occurred near 17th Avenue South and Cedar Avenue South, while the second occurred near 2939 12th Avenue South.

Police have not released additional details about either incident and have not announced whether the two cases are related. Both investigations remain active as authorities work to determine what occurred.
