US State Privacy Supplement
Effective August 10, 2026
This US State Supplement provides additional privacy disclosures required by certain state laws and supplements the National Correspondent Network ("NCN") Privacy Policy. Where this supplement differs from the Privacy Policy, this supplement controls for residents of the relevant state.
Categories of Personal Information
We may collect identifiers (such as name and email), commercial information (such as newsletter preferences), internet activity (such as pages visited and interactions with our site), and inferences drawn from this information to create a profile reflecting your preferences.
Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, access or obtain a copy of it, request correction or deletion, opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. NCN does not sell personal information as defined by applicable state law.
